I understand that serving as a Teaching Assistant at Meridian is a privilege entrusted to me and that the Teaching Assistant Guidelines exist for the sake of sustaining transformative learning. I agree to support the implementation of all Meridian policies and procedures and to actively support others to adhere to all Meridian policies and procedures. If and when my conduct is not consistent with the spirit and letter of these guidelines, I will take responsibility and be accountable in a timely and proactive way.
